Braelyn's Blessing, Christmas eve, and Christmas

So sorry I have been bad at posting pictures and well putting anything on here! There has been a ton going on! A few days before the chaos starte I took pictures of Chance, Lanie, and Braelyn together.

On the November 20th we blessed Braelyn at our house, and it was so great to have our family there.

For Christmas Eve morning we spent time with my family, and went to a railroad park up in Scottsdale (which is fun, but you should go at night because they had all of these characters set up with lights, and would be tons of fun!)

For Christmas Eve night we went over to Chase's side, and we open up pj's, and our family gifts that we give to each other! Plus we eat yummy food!

Ok for now I'm done we just ended opening more presents on Christmas, and it was a great holiday this year because both kids really enjoyed it! Lanie got a bike, and Chance got a "big choo choo." Which Chance has been asking for, for a long time!

There are not very many of them...sad, but my mom has taken many more! Then when everybody was up here I didn't or well couldn't find my battery so I didn't get any pictures at Thanksgiving!

I will be taking a whole lot more, but it might take even longer to get them on here! Thanks for being patient!

Braelyn Carol Carlson, her story!

So the newest addition has final came! She is sooooo beautiful, and is such a great baby! She weighs in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and 21 inches long. This delivery was very different then my first two...which is how it is suppose to be. I went to the doctors on Thursday morning and my doctor stripped my membranes, and told me to let her know what is going on. She called me later that night to see if I progress any....which I had, and she also told me not to wait to long because I need to take some medicine when I got there. My contractions were not very far apart, so we decided after awhile that we should go. Well to make the story even shorter, I didn't progress at all, and I was really disappointed. In fact they were about to send me home. My midwife told them that she was going to break my water (which I never had done before the epidural). Well we told them once they break my water the they need to get me the epidural, and of course doctors don't believe the patient all the time, so they didn't listen to me or to Chase. So I jumped from three to five centimeters in just ten minutes. The contractions were hard, and making me cry, and so they finally got me the epidural, and it seem like the epidural took affect when it was time to push. I should also mention that if it was for the nurse that was from my ward then I would have to do the whole thing all natural....and I don't think that I could image doing that! Well she came at 4:20am on the 20th. I was kind of bummed not to see New Moon, but hey I got to see it this weekend, and having another baby trumps that any day! Ok so we are excited to have our family complete, and I feel so lucky that I have two little girls, because growing up with all brothers, I would never imagine that the only girl would have the most girls (so far) in the family! I am also grateful that I have only one momma's boy, because he has me wrapped around his finger! I will post pictures of the beautiful girl soon!

Pumpkins....Snow....all of this in October?

So I know I have been bad at posting, and well it has been too cold to come upstairs and to post anything! While my mom was on her second week of October break they came up here. We decided to go pick some pumpkins, and to go to the park (even though I don't have very many of those)!

We got snow early this year and Chance and Lanie couldn't wait to go out and play in it!

It was so cold that when the water started to stream down my car it became frozen! I think this is something I will never get use to!

Can you spot our dog? She didn't like the snow one bit, and actually went to the bathroom on the driveway...poor dog used to nice winters!

My Prego Belly

So I have owed this to some of you, and I'm sorry it has taken me so long to take it! I haven't been too good at taking pictures of me, but of my babies! Well can you blame me they are sooooo much cuter then I am!

Well I'm apparently big, so I don't know if I will post anymore pictures of me until after this bundle of joy comes!

Labor Day weekend

So this past Labor Day weekend we headed down to the valley (which we beat traffic, because everybody was heading up here!) So we were busy the whole time with birthday parties, and just having fun with family!

On Saturday we went to Krispy Kremes....which I have been craving for a very LONG time! Chance was the only one to keep his hat throughout the day, and so by night time we went to a birthday party for my aunt, and cousins, and that explains why he still has it on in these next few pictures of him and Lanie painting their box cars!

On Sunday we went to my in-laws house, and well we are super lucky because Chance and Lanie both have cousins/aunts/uncles that are their age!

Lanie and Payton are great friends, and it doesn't matter how long it has been since we have seen them they always hit it off so fast! I should mention they were both on a bunk bed laughing so hard that I had to go see what was sooo funny! A little bit later they were throwing toys down so Chance could pick them up, and then they would do it a few minutes later (he is already in trouble with being controlled by girls!)!

I miss my family and being so close to them, and looking at these pictures make it hard to live so far apart! Last picture is of course Lanie sleeping really weird! After Saturday/Sunday we were all so tired, and worn out, and this is how she feel asleep!

Pictures finally!!

So I have been terrible at posting pictures, but I did remember this time to grab my camera. Lately Lanie has been sleeping in the most unusually places, and and positions! I think she really does sleep like her dad!

So this is what happens when you leave the puppy with Chance and Lanie in a room!

Chance's speech therapist has been coming for almost a month now (and I have seen a huge improvement), well she brought these bowling ball, and pins for Chance to roll whenever he could say in or out of a certain item. Well unfortunately Chance can't play a game that fun by himself!

So hopefully I will be better at posting pictures! Still no belly pictures, because frankly I haven't look so cute, or have done my hair or makeup....will try and take some on Sunday! Take care all!
